Michelle Webster, CBT Therapist and EMDR Therapist

Feel Well Therapy is owned by Michelle Webster. Michelle is an accredited CBT therapist and Supervisor with the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) an Occupational Therapist and an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) Therapist.

Michelle provides specialist CBT and EMDR assessments and treatments for adults and children aged 15 years and above.

Michelle worked in mental health services in the NHS for over 20 years working with clients with a wide range of mental health conditions. Michelle has a special interest in working with clients who have experienced traumatic events , including clients diagnosed with PTSD and clients that are experiencing anxiety or depression symptoms who want to  be less self critical towards themselves. She is a member of EMDR UK and Ireland Association and EMDR Europe and currently working towards her EMDR accreditation.

Michelle has worked part time in private practice for the last 7 years initially in West Norfolk and now based in Loddon, near to the Norfolk/Suffolk border.Since leaving the NHS in October 2015 Michelle has worked full time in her private practise business and is enjoying having the opportunity to develop her business, learn new skills and achieve a more helpful work/ life balance.

Michelle is a registered practitioner with health care companies such as Bupa, AXA PPP  Nuffield Health and Aviva. She also provides services to the charity Walking with the Wounded.
