I set up my business as I wanted to have more flexibility in my life and to be able to focus at what I am good at, providing treatment for clients. Learning to be a business woman is an interesting challenge, but one that I relish, with new opportunities to meet and work with individuals and organisations. I look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead as my business grows’.

What people say about our service

  • When I first started my treatment I did not feel it would be helpful but I have found even this far down the line from my accident ( 2 years ) the treatment has had a very positive impact on my life and has helped me in many ways.

  • Michelle was a compassionate and understanding therapist. She quickly grasped and understood the root cause of my anxiety and was able to make my thoughts and views feel validated in a non judgemental way and with kindness. Her techniques have given me skills to apply this compassion and understanding to myself and with the practical skills learned continue to support myself long term. It has been a life changing process.

  • Michelle – Many thanks for becoming part of my journey from what happened to me last year. Some of the sessions were hard where I had to go back to the bad memories but I understand now why this had to be done. I really don`t know what stage of my grieving I would be at now if it was not for you.
