Are you feeling anxious and depressed? One in four of us will suffer from anxiety and depression in our life time, however you don’t need to suffer in silence, as these are treatable conditions and help is available. Feel Well Therapy is a Psychotherapy Service for Norwich, Norfolk & Suffolk, offering Psychological assessment and treatment for common psychological difficulties.

CBT Therapy, EMDR Therapy and Counselling in Norfolk

We provide individualised CBT and EMDR therapy, Counselling and CAT (Cognitive Analytic Therapy) for a wide range of conditions including generalised anxiety disorder, depression, bereavement,OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias,  PTSD, low self esteem, stress, relationship and  work related difficulties.

We provide CBT clinical supervision for healthcare professionals.

We welcome self funding clients and provide services for solicitors and employers.

What happens if I feel in a crisis?
We are not able to offer a crisis management service to clients. In the event that you feel in crisis then please contact: Your GP if necessary using the out of hours service 111or telephone the Samaritans on 116 123.
